Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has shipped and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages but will assist you in contacting the carrier if needed.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
